Dr. Godwin Among Presenters for Intimacy After Injury Conference: December 11-12 in DC

The Bob Woodruff Foundation will be partnering with Johns Hopkins and the Wake Forest School of Medicine for 'Intimacy After Injury: Therapeutic advances to alleviate the devastating impact of war injury on fertility and on physical and emotional intimacy.' The conference will take place December 11-12, 2014 in Washington, DC.

VCU's own Dr. Emilie Godwin will be one of the guest speakers. As a member of the Psychological Health Expert Panel, Dr. Godwin will address issues related to the psychological impacts of changes to physical and emotional intimacy following brain injury.
